Sorafina (Sorafenib 200 mg) is used to treat certain types of cancer, including liver cancer, kidney cancer, and thyroid cancer. It belongs to a group of drugs called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. A reduction in tumor angiogenesis was observed in the HCC and RCC with Sorafina treatment, and an increase in tumor apoptosis was observed in the HCC, RCC and DTC.
